Q. What is Pig on the Pond?

A. Pig on the Pond Community Festival is a 3-day, family-friendly festival held at Waterfront Park in Clermont. This popular event is the largest in south Lake County drawing 20,000+ attendance. The festival includes a carnival, live entertainment, pig racing, kids zone, and fireworks in addition to dozens of sponsored activities. The purpose of the event is to raise funds for college scholarships for deserving local students who could not otherwise pursue their college and career dreams.

Q. When is Pig on the Pond?

A. Friday – Sunday, October 13-15, 2023.

 

Q. What are the hours?

A. FRIDAY: 5-10 PM.  SATURDAY: 10AM-10PM.  SUNDAY: 11AM-5PM

(Shuttles start 30 minutes before the event opens and run 30 minutes after it closes.)

 

Q. Where is the festival?

A. Waterfront Park, 100 3rd St., Clermont, FL 34711

 

Q. Where do we park?

A. There is some limited parking near the festival. There is a large parking area reserved for handicap parking at the event beside the pavilion. There are also four parking lots off site with free, continuous shuttle service that starts 30 minutes before gates open until 30 minutes after gates close.

 

Q. What is the admission price to the festival?

A.

Adults: $5.  Children 2-17: $3.  Seniors 55+: $3

Sunday is Kids and Seniors Discount Day. Kids and Seniors 55+: $2

ADMISSION and CARNIVAL = cash or credit

ATM on site.

Advance tickets available at www.pigonthepond.org.

 

Q. What is the price for the carnival rides? See TICKETS for online advance purchase.

A. All-you-can-ride wristbands are $20 in advance through Oct. 14.

Oct. 15-16 (or purchased at the festival): $25 plus $2 surcharge.

These are good Saturday from 10 AM – 5 PM and on Sunday from 11 AM – 5 PM.

Individual ride tickets can be purchased anytime the festival is open.

The cost varies, starting at $3.

 

Q. Are dogs allowed?

A. Waterfront Park and the event allow dogs as long as they are on a leash and under control.

Q. What are the Kids Zone hours?

A. Friday, Oct. 14: 5 PM - 10 PM. Saturday, Oct. 15: 10 AM - 6 PM. Sunday, Oct. 16: 11 AM - 5 PM.

Q. Is the Splash Pad open?

A. Yes.
